My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were large, nicely appointed, and always clean, fresh, and quiet, which was great, but unfortunately, my room was situated at the very end of the building, set back 30 or 40 feet, blocking most of the view of the falls. Despite using a promo code, the price was still almost $200 for one night, which felt a bit steep.

The location was a bit disappointing as it was not comfortable being too far from downtown and in an area that seemed a bit messier than usual. However, it was very nice and easy to walk downtown, very close to the Saratoga park.

While the staff was very helpful and treated us like family, making our stay wonderful, the prices were a little high, and there was a mix-up with my credit charge for breakfast, which was supposed to be included. The food could have been better as it was cold when brought out.

The hotel offered excellent and surprisingly reasonable rooms, although it was set back quite a distance from the falls. The location was clean, convenient for shows at SPAC, and right in downtown Saratoga. The dining experience was great, with a variety of options and amenities available. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
